Biyo Polyolefin Shrink packaging film is a world class standard bi-oriented Polyolefin shrink packaging film developed and manufactured by GN to provide a solution for all shrink packaging needs at an economical cost. It is a better alternative to other packaging material especially PVC which have been banned by many countries including Europe because of pollution and harmful effects.

This recyclable shrink film is the most attractive product for all export packaging because of its exceptional strength and puncture resistant compared to PVC and other cross-linked PE packaging film. It is also very light weight, therefore it does not contribute much to the weight of the packed product.

EZEESHRINK Polyolefin Shrink packaging film has won us two packaging awards; the "Singapore Star" and "Asia Star" in 1998.

Why Polyolefin Shrink Film?

PVC is the first type of material used for manufacturing of shrink film.

Problems of using PVC shrink film are:

• Handling problem, film is not stable, start to shrink at 60°C.
• Discharging smell and smoke during the sealing process which can be very harmful to both human and the environment.
• Low shrinkage, dog-ear is common in the process.
• Film is brittle, short shelf life.
• Less possible for fully automated operation.
• Poor in clarity and gloss.

The use of polyolefin shrink film will eliminate all the above problems.

Yes! EZEESHRINK Polyolefin Shrink film has been tested and approved by two world recognized bodies; Campden & Chorlewood Food Research Association in U.K. and Institute of Science and Forensic Medicine in Singapore.
